Phon started Veta Investment Partners (Veta) in late 2019 with the goal to help advisors and institutions manage risk more effectively. Veta is headquartered in Kansas and has over $3.5 billion AUM. Previously Phon led the risk management and derivatives team at Security Benet, an insurance company also based in Kansas. Phon graduated at the top of his class from the University of Iowa Business School with a degree in Economics.
